Duns Scotus in English & on his Thought

When Reformed theologians did theological retrieval, they often drew from the detailed paradigms that had already been laid down by two opposite poles of philosophic theology in the Middle Ages: Aquinas and Duns Scotus.

It has been hard to get a hold of the writings of Scotus in English, till now.  Scotus’s main systematic work, the Ordinatio, has in the last few years been professionally translated and is free on the net.

The level of detail in the scholastic tradition has not been surpassed, making help in understanding their positions welcome.  This new page has not only collected Scotus’s writings in English, but also surveys of his thought.  Another page has been devoted to Scotus’s influence through history (including amongst the Reformed).
